We want every Nanugi Studio order to be something you're excited to receive. Please read through our shipping and return details below.

Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Delivery Estimates

Domestic (USA): Standard 5–7 business days · Expedited 2–3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International: Generally 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your package seems lost, please reach out to us at support@nanugistudio.com and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

General Policy

We are a small boutique and all of our items are carefully curated and stocked in limited quantities. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size ordered (please check the size guide before purchasing)
Minor color differences due to screen settings
Size variations within +/- 1–2 cm of listed measurements
Damage caused by improper care or handling

When We'll Make It Right

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we want to fix it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nanugistudio.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item

We'll review and get back to you within 3–5 business days. Approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the issue is on our end.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

No Cancellations

Because all items are carefully sourced and production or fulfillment begins promptly after an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order is submitted. Please double-check your size, style, and shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error right away, email us at support@nanugistudio.com and we'll do what we can — though changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Care Note for Printed Items

Some of our apparel features printed designs. To keep them looking their best, please follow the care instructions on the garment label. As a general rule: wash inside out on a gentle cycle in cold or warm water, avoid bleach, air dry when possible, and never iron directly on a printed area. Items damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return.
