We design and offer a thoughtfully selected range of daily-look apparel and goods, all centered around original characters created by DASOMWEB LLC. Every piece in our shop reflects the world of Nanugi — characters you can wear, carry, and live with every day.

2. Our Products

We carry a curated mix of apparel and lifestyle goods. Each item is selected or produced with care, and product details — including materials, sizing, and care instructions — are listed on the individual product pages.

For items featuring printed designs, please refer to the care label or product page for washing and handling instructions. As a general guide for printed apparel:

Wash inside out in cold or warm water (max 86°F / 30°C)
Gentle cycle only — no bleach or harsh detergents
Air dry or tumble dry on low heat
Do not iron directly on any printed area
Do not dry clean or soak for extended periods

Items damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Sizing

Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page before purchasing. Minor color variations due to screen calibration and size tolerances of +/- 1–2 cm are considered within normal range and are not treated as defects. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to size misjudgment by the customer.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. Full payment is required at the time of checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All characters, illustrations, logos, and visual content on this site are the original creative work of DASOMWEB LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nanugi Studio and DASOMWEB LLC are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DASOMWEB LLC is incorporated and maintains its principal place of business. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our website shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to such venue and personal jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution — 30-Day Mediation Period: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. The party raising the dispute must notify the other in writing, providing a clear description of the claim and the resolution sought. Both parties shall then have 30 days from the date of that written notice to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation or mediation. Legal proceedings may only be commenced after this 30-day period has elapsed without resolution.
